All sales of our dry ice products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in order quantity.<\/p>

If you need to change the delivery address or date after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may need to charge an additional delivery fee to cover the cost of the new delivery address or date.<\/p>
